Your Brain Is an ATM: How to Turn What You Know Into Income

There’s something powerful sitting right between your ears. Your brain. And if you’ve ever said, “I wish I could make extra money without starting over,” I’m here to tell you ABSOLUTELY YES! And the best part, you already have everything you need. 

It is in your mind, your Google drive, your vision, and your voice. I call it “Your Brain Is an ATM.” Because that’s exactly what it is.  Once you learn how to withdraw from it, you can start turning what you know into income. 

The Gold You Don’t See 

Most people think they have to create something new to make money. They think they need another course, another certification, another big idea. But the truth is, you already have gold inside your head. It’s what you know how to do. It’s what people come to you for. 

Maybe you’re the friend everyone asks for business advice. Maybe you know how to plan trips, edit podcasts, write killer bios, or design social posts that get attention. You’ve just never looked at it as valuable. 

But let me ask you a question. If people are always asking for your advice, why wouldn’t someone pay for it? 

It doesn’t have to be digital. There is a woman making multiple six figures selling wine glasses she dresses up with studs and other designs.  

Your Brain Is Full of Deposits 

Every experience you’ve had from every mistake, lesson, or success is a deposit in your brain-bank. And just like a bank, you can make withdrawals. 

Here’s how you start: 

1. Write down what comes easy to you. The things you could do in your sleep. 

2. Notice what others struggle with. That’s where your value shows up. 

3. Package it. You don’t need to build a business overnight. Start with one idea, one offer, or one digital product. 

   
   

For example, one of my favorite projects was creating a simple coloring page of my granddaughter using Canva and AI. People loved it. Then I realized there’s a whole market of parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, teachers, and small business owners who would pay for custom versions. 

That’s when it hit me: People will pay for what they don’t want to do, even if they know how to do it. 

Withdraw Without Guilt 

You’ve spent your life learning, teaching, helping, and creating. It’s time to stop treating that as “just what you do” and start recognizing it as what you can earn from. 

And yes, you can start small. You don’t need to know everything about marketing or funnels. You just need to know this simple truth: what’s inside your brain has value. 

Once you see that, everything changes.
