I know what it feels like to have more vision than time. I’ve lived the kind of days where the to-do list never ends, and rest feels like a reward you haven’t earned.
That season of constant exhaustion was the reason I built Avalon Executive Assistants. I wanted to help other leaders, coaches, and entrepreneurs who were overwhelmed by the very businesses they dreamed of building.
When Success Feels Like a Trap
When I started my career, I thought success meant doing everything myself. I was the marketer, the writer, the designer, the assistant, and the manager. And while that worked for a while, it came at a cost.
I lost my peace. I was always “on,” always catching up, always tired. That kind of success isn’t sustainable. It’s survival in disguise.
I knew something had to change. I couldn’t keep trading peace for productivity.
The Birth of Avalon
Avalon started as a simple idea: What if there was a team that could take all that brilliance in your head and help you bring it to life?
That idea grew into a company that now supports coaches, speakers, and entrepreneurs across the world. We don’t just manage schedules or handle admin work. We help people reclaim their time and monetize their ideas.
Our tagline says it best: One Vision. One Mission. One Team. Because when your support team is aligned with your vision, everything flows better.
The Truth About Time
Here’s what I’ve learned: Time is your most valuable currency. You can make more money, but you can’t make more hours.
At Avalon, we help our clients stop working in their business and start leading it. We bring strategy, structure, and the kind of calm efficiency that lets them breathe again.
Because when you have peace of mind, creativity returns. And when creativity returns, revenue follows.
From Burnout to Balance
I built Avalon for the version of me who used to sit at her desk late at night, exhausted and praying for help. Now, I get to be the help for others.
If you’ve been trying to do it all, it’s time to stop. You don’t need to carry every task alone. You need a team that believes in your vision as much as you do.
That’s what Avalon was created for.
To help you build a business that doesn’t just look successful on the outside, but feels peaceful on the inside.
